Is in charge of the Publicity committee. Delegates responsibilty to this committee and oversees their efforts.
A flexible position, depending on the time and interests of the occupant, and the goals set by the President.
May also be Rush Chair if the Pledge Parents wish.
During the 90s it was an elected position, but has reverted to chair status.
