Making a front page headline is just like making a forum post
Click the Forum tab to see a list of forums. Click “Website Headlines”.

Click the “New Topic” button to start making your announcement.

Write the title of your headline in the “Subject” box, and then type up your announcement.
Don’t mark the post as an “Announcement” or “Sticky Post” in the Special section. It will automatically be an announcement.
Click Post when finished

Here, write in the event details as listed
Additional Info creates boxes for users to fill in extra information as shown on the next slide

When you click the event, you will see all the event information as entered. Click add shift so people can sign up.

Capacity is the number of people who can go

Lastly, now that you have a shift, you can sign members up if needed and mark them for chair, driving, camera, and needs ride
This tool lets you sign people up after the deadline has passed and people can’t sign themselves up

The Edit Transaction page lets you change the date, to-and-from accounts, amount, Memo, and the term the transaction was made

This is how officers track people for events.
Click the type of event you want to track. This takes you to a list of events of that type.
Each event type can only be tracked by their respective officer. e.g. Fellowship tracks fellowships
You are taken to a list of every user on the website. Left checkbox marks a person present at an event. Right box marks them as chair
“Apply Chair’s Tracking” makes the official tracking match the tracking that the event’s chair submits. Use this and make changes as needed
Hit “Set Tracking” when you’re finished
